FOCEI is a non-profit community-based organization that exists to improve the quality of life of children, young people, and families in eastern Uganda. We are driven by the needs of orphans and vulnerable children, implementing evidence-based advocacy and care.

What We Do
Child Care and Protection
We provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This includes providing shelter, nutrition, and safeguarding them from harm.
Education
We offer access to quality education, focusing on both formal and informal learning opportunities, in order to empower children with the knowledge and skills they need for a brighter future.
Healthcare
We prioritize children’s health by providing them with medical services, vaccinations, and nutrition programs to ensure their physical well-being.
Community Empowerment
We actively engage with local communities to establish a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, ensuring that they feel a sense of belonging and security.
